The Dean of Marbella International University Centre (MIUC), Dr Beata Fröhlich, LLM, and MIUC Course Leader Dr Juho Ahava participated in University of West London´s (UWL) Annual Academic Partnerships Conference 2025.

UWL Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Peter John CBE, who regularly visits MIUC and engages with the student body, staff, and lecturers, emphasised the importance of prioritising sustainability and celebrated UWL being ranked the Number 1 London university for overall student satisfaction in the National Student Survey 2025*.

MIUC delegates underscored the importance of collecting student feedback and continuing to build on the initiative “You Spoke, We Listened & Together We Made Change.” At MIUC, we place great emphasis on fostering a sense of belonging and are committed to engaging students meaningfully throughout the entire student life cycle.

MIUC together with the UWL support our students in developing key 21st-century skills, including resilience and adaptability, systems thinking, climate and environmental literacy, critical thinking and problem-solving, as well as collaboration and cross-cultural teamwork. In parallel, MIUC is actively engaging with UWL’s Career University framework to strengthen entrepreneurship pathways and better prepare our students for success in a fast-changing global job market.

At MIUC, we encourage students to begin their academic and professional journey in Marbella, with the confidence and preparation to thrive anywhere in the world.
