While housing in major capitals is often cramped and overpriced, Marbella offers more space and better value. A student can expect to cover everyday expenses such as food, leisure, utilities, and transportation with around €600 per month.

Students in Marbella have several housing options. One common choice is house or apartment sharing, where you rent a single or double room and share common areas with other students or young professionals. This option usually costs between €700 and €900 per month.

Studios are also available, typically ranging from €800 to €1,000 per month.

Renting a one-bedroom apartment costs about €1,200 per month, while a two-bedroom apartment costs about €1,600 per month. These figures are indicative and can vary depending on the season and personal preferences.

Another popular option is the Marbella Inturjoven Youth Hostel, located in the old town just ten minutes from the beach. The hostel offers Andalusian-style architecture, gardens, terraces with sea views, a swimming pool, sports facilities, and free Wi-Fi, with prices starting at €3,950 for a shared room over the academic year.
Meals, cleaning, study rooms, and 24-hour reception are included, and students can choose to pay a supplement for individual rooms.
