This legal notice sets out the general conditions governing access and use of this site, hereinafter “the website”. The use of the website implies the express and full acceptance of these general conditions in the version published at the time the user accesses it, without prejudice to any special conditions that may apply to some of the specific services of the website.

Access to the website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the service provider contracted by users.

3. Conditions of use of the portal

3.1 General

The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. You will be liable to MIUC or against third parties for any damages that may be caused by breach of this obligation.

It is expressly prohibited the use of the Portal for purposes injurious to property or interests of MIUC or third parties or in any other way overload, damage or disable networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and applications (software) is expressly prohibited MIUC or third parties.

3.2 Contents

4.1 Information

Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation of MIUC to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of information provided through it. The contents of this page are general and do not constitute in any way the provision of services or legal advice of any kind, so this information is insufficient for making personal or business decisions by the user.

MIUC is not responsible for decisions taken from the information provided in the Portal or damages caused to the user or third parties for actions that are based solely on information obtained on the Portal.

4.2 Quality of service

Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation of MIUC to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other malicious software. The User, in any case, the availability of adequate tools to detect and disinfect harmful computer programs.

MIUC is not responsible for any damage caused to the computers of users or third parties during the service of the Portal.

4.3 Availability of Service

Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transmission through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to MIUC. Therefore, services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or inaccessible, with prior or simultaneous notice in the Portal service features.

MIUC is not liable for damages of any kind caused to the User resulting from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that produce the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service while providing the same or prior.

4.4 Of content and services linked through the Portal

The Portal access service includes technical link devices, directories and even search tools that allow the user to access other Internet sites and portals (hereinafter, ‘Linked Sites’). 6. Communication of illicit activities and inadequate

In the event that the User or any other Internet users were aware that Linked Sites refer to pages whose content or services are unlawful, harmful, degrading, violent or contrary to morality the following points may contact MIUC indicating :

9. Legislation

This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its clauses by Spanish law As long as the applicable law permits the waiver of legal jurisdiction established, is designated jurisdiction to settle any disputes, the courts of Marbella,expressly waiving to any other jurisdiction that may apply.
