Joan Sardà, MBA
MBA, ESADE Business School, Spain
Joan Sardà, MBA originally from Barcelona, holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE Business School. He has also earned qualifications in Organisational Design, Loyalty, and Relationship Marketing. With extensive experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies such as Danone and Mahou San Miguel, he is an accomplished marketing professional and a strategy consultant. As a partner at CX Design Lab, he is dedicated to developing profitable, customer-centric organisations.
He is a lecturer of Customer Experience Design at Madrid’s Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) and teaches Sponsorship Strategy at the Real Madrid Sports Marketing School at Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM). In addition to his academic roles, he delivers corporate training for leading companies, including Santander, Pernod Ricard, and Leroy Merlin.
Joan is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Catalan.
