From Student to Therapist: MIUC’s Heather Smith Launches ‘Healing with Heather’ in Marbella

We are incredibly proud to share some inspiring news from one of our own — Heather Smith, current MIUC student (Class of 2025!), has officially launched her own integrative psychotherapy practice: Healing with Heather, based right here in Marbella.

Through her own mental health journey and years of studying psychology, Heather saw something many students experience: the quiet struggle with stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm — and how hard it can be to find affordable, relatable support.

That’s exactly what she is offering now.

Heather has created a space for honest, non-judgmental talk therapy that meets people where they are — and she is offering a special discount for all MIUC students, because mental health support shouldn’t be a luxury, especially for those under pressure or far from home.
