Teamwork Makes the Dream Work – Career Day at Swans International School 2026.

Our Lectrurer Dr. Vera Champagne delivered an interactive workshop called Teamwork Makes the Dream work to grade 10 Swans school students. The latter explored what turns a group of people into a real team.

Through discussion, a short video, team role reflection, and a practical puzzle challenge, they experience how communication, trust, different strengths, and shared strategy help teams succeed.

The session connects teamwork skills to school, future careers, and real-life collaboration. The key message: great teams are built through clear goals, choices, and everyone playing their part.
