What programmes are approved for benefits?
All degree programmes at MIUC are approved by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
The university participates in both the GI Bill and the Post-9/11 GI Bill educational assistance programmes, enabling eligible veterans to use their benefits while studying in Spain.
All programmes are taught entirely in English and focus on developing future leaders in business, politics and advertising.
Post-9/11 GI Bill Benefits
Benefits may include tuition reimbursement of up to $30,908 per academic year for approved private institutions.
Veterans who served at least 36 months of active duty after September 11, 2001 (or meet equivalent eligibility conditions like a service-connected disability) generally qualify for the maximum level of Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits.
Additional support may include a monthly housing and living allowance of up to $2,522, as well as up to $1,000 per year for books and academic supplies. The Post-9/11 GI Bill also allows eligible service members to transfer unused benefits to a spouse or dependent children.
Montgomery GI Bill
The Montgomery GI Bill is available to individuals who enlisted in the United States Armed Forces and includes two main options: The Active Duty programme and The Selected Reserve programme.
