Masha Malka
Masha’s journey from a refugee as a teenager to a successful entrepreneur and best selling author, living in 6 countries, and having 20 years of experience of working with top leaders around the world, as well as teaching leadership and wellbeing in universities, fill her work with fascinating real-life stories and lessons that can be applied immediately.
Masha understands that for a lasting change to take place, setting goals and even acting on them is not enough. It is essential to have the tools to access the subconscious, which is one of the things she teaches, as well as on how to stay focused and motivated with clarity and purpose.
Masha is a founder of the The One Minute Coach system, member of a Forbes Coaching Council, best-selling author, and a mother of 3.
A life-long learner, Masha has a Master’s degree in Higher Education, a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, training certificates in Accelerated Learning Techniques, NLP, Transformational Thinking, the Science of Wellbeing, Organisational Change Management, and more. Masha is skilled in various areas, including business planning, coaching, executive coaching, leadership, and emotional well-being.
