Dr Manuel García Caracuel is an accomplished and internationally recognised lawyer with extensive experience in litigation, corporate, real estate, and insolvency law.

A fully qualified lawyer, he has been registered with the Málaga Bar Association since 2006. Dr Manuel García Caracuel is a partner at GCLA Abogados in Spain and is known for his results-oriented approach to commercial law.

He earned his law degree from the University of Granada and holds a PhD in Law from the University of Málaga. In addition to his legal practice, he is a visiting lecturer in contract law at the University of Málaga and teaches in the MA programme at the Granada Bar Association. With both professional and academic expertise, Dr Manuel García Caracuel integrates practical legal experience with theoretical knowledge in his lectures at MIUC.

He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
