The Dean of MIUC, Oscar Martinez together with the Marbella Councillor for Culture and Education, Carmen Diaz officially announced a scholarship scheme for the brightest students from the city of Marbella to pursue their studies at Marbella International Studies Centre.
Ms Diaz stressed out that "no local talent should be wasted due to financial obstacles", calling for students who are under 24 and with a high school minimum average grade of 7.5 to submit their applications.
The MIUC Dean, Oscar Martinez said a total of five grants in the amount of 21,000 EURwill be awarded to cover one year of tuition fees and access to multimedia learning facilities and database. Each enrolled student receives a complimentary iPad with the preloaded MIUC NEOLMS app.
Students can choose to study in one of four academic areas at MIUC:
- International Business
- Media and Communications
- International Politics
- Marketing
The deadline for applications is July 19. To qualify, all candidates must pass an English test at 9:30 on July 30 at the MIUC campus. The names of the scholarship winners will be announced on July 31st. Good luck with your application!
