MIUC International Food Day 2023

On the 16th of March, our university hosted an amazing international food day event, and we’re still buzzing with excitement from how successful it was! We had an incredible turnout and were thrilled to see so many people from different backgrounds come together to share their delicious dishes and cultures.

The event wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers and organisers. We want to extend a huge thank you to all of them for their efforts in making this event such a success. Their commitment truly paid off, and we couldn’t have done it without them.

One of the highlights of the event was the amazing variety of foods that were offered. From traditional Indian curries to savory Italian pastas and everything in between, there was something for everyone to enjoy. And the desserts were equally impressive, with everything from Belgian waffles to Ukranian khvorost.

But it wasn’t just about the food. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying each other’s company, trying new foods, and learning about different cultures. Events like this remind us of the importance of coming together as a community and celebrating our differences. We feel incredibly grateful to be part of such a diverse and inclusive university.

Thank you again to everyone who made this event possible. We can’t wait to see what next year’s international food day will bring! We hope that this event will continue to be a tradition at our university, bringing people from all walks of life together to enjoy delicious food and celebrate our diversity.
