Daria Paprocka, PhD lecturer at Regional Conference in Podgorica

This month our PhD lecturer Daria Paprocka participated in the Regional Conference on Promoting Conditions for Free and Fair Election Campaigns in the Western Balkans organised by the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the Mission of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to Montenegro. As the Senior Political Expert of ODIHR she spoke about the misuse of state resources in election campaigns and the legal and institutional safeguards to limit or prohibit its prevalence.
