How MIUC is organised and governed, in partnership with the University of West London
Our Organisation
Marbella International University Centre (MIUC) is the trading name of the registered legal entity Marbella International Studies Center, S.L. (MISC).
MIUC delivers courses validated and awarded by the University of West London, which are certified by the Junta de Andalucía as part of our status as a ‘centro universitario extranjero’ (international university centre). Our courses are registered in the ‘Registro de Universidades, Centros y Títulos’ (RUCT).
The University of West London is the degree-awarding body for our courses, delivered by MIUC in the English language. We are governed by the academic and quality assurance regulations, processes and procedures of the University of West London (UWL). We comply with UWL’s Academic Regulations, policies, processes and procedures in liaison with the University of West London’s academic departments and professional services, and ensure that our academic delivery and operations comply with the requirements of UWL’s external regulator in England, the Office for Students.
MISC has the status of a ‘centro universitario extranjero’ (international university centre), approved by the Autonomous Community of Andalucía (the Junta de Andalucía). Our courses are registered in the ‘Registro de Universidades, Centros y Títulos’ (RUCT). The RUCT is an official public register managed by the Spanish government (Ministry of Universities/Education). Applicants, parents, students and employers can use the RUCT to verify that qualifications are approved.
