The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2017 announces startling jump up in our partner university UWL´s rankings.
MIUC (Marbella International University Centre) is proud to announce the good news University of West London Vice-Chancellor Professor Peter John recently shared with us, in the following announcement:
“It gives me great pleasure to announce that the University has jumped 37 places to number 84 in the UK in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2017. This is the biggest rise of any university in the UK. This makes us the 14th highest ranked university in London, in addition to having the best NSS scores for student satisfaction in the capital.
We are absolutely delighted with these results but not surprised, as we have been working towards this outcome for a number of years. This is the result of an ambitious strategic plan, well executed and underpinned by investment in infrastructure, academic staff and our curriculum, all of which is reflected positively in the quality of our teaching. We already have the best graduate employment in London and we are in the top quartile for salaries of graduates entering full-time employment in the UK.
This is just the beginning; we intend to build on this success as we aim to become the best contemporary University in the UK – not just London – transforming the lives of all our students through the delivery of high quality, career focussed education programmes.
Finally, I wish to thank all staff at the University for their continued hard work and for their contribution to our continued success – we should all take great pride in this achievement.
Kind regards,
Professor Peter John
Vice-Chancellor”
