The UWL and MIUC Semester Exchange Programme
The University of West London (UWL) and the Marbella International University Centre
(MIUC) have established a Semester Exchange Programme for continuing Level 5 undergraduate students. A limited number of MIUC students will be able to stay in London (United Kingdom) for one semester only to undertake their second semester modules.
This study will count towards the student’s final degree award classification at MIUC.
This will provide new opportunities for a select number of MIUC students to participate in a cultural exchange programme and benefit from UWL’s resources. Those who are successful in their application for the Semester Exchange Programme will be supported throughout their enrolment and induction. Students would also be given the opportunity to meet other like-minded students at UWL as part of the mentorship programme.
Applicants would need to complete a short application form for MIUC. Applications to
request to be considered for the Semester Exchange Programme must be submitted directly
to MIUC via an email to the Student Administration Officer, Jelena Krajacic,
jelena.krajacic@uwl.ac.uk.
All students participating in the Semester Exchange Programme will be responsible for ensuring that they are granted the necessary visa before they come to study in the UK. Students should check whether they need to apply for a visa by visiting the following Government
website: Check if you need a UK visa – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
Students should be aware that it can take three months or more to have their visa application approved. Failure to complete the visa application on time may result in students having their semester exchange cancelled.
