Servane Bonnet is an international C-level executive who has worked as General Counsel to a leading global Fintech company and as partner in a NY based law firm.
She has built experience in complex negotiations (cross-border M&A, restructuring and arbitration) across a broad range of sectors. In this capacity, she has directed group wide legal risk assessment and management; she has also implemented best practices in corporate governance, in particular in the family business context.
Servane has more recently joined boards of start ups. Among her degrees, Servane holds an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law and graduated from Sciences Po Paris. She is a Sloan Fellow at London Business School, a former practitioner at the Paris bar and a member of the NY bar.
