Joan is originally from Barcelona, graduated in Business Administration and MBA from ESADE Business School and holding degrees in Organizational Design , Loyalty and Relationship Marketing. He is an accomplished marketing professional in CPG companies such as Danone and Mahou San Miguel and a strategy consultant committed to developing profitable customer-centric organizations as partner at CX Design Lab.
He is a professor in Customer Experience Design at Madrid’s EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial) and Sponsorship Strategy at Real Madrid Sports Marketing School at UEM (Universidad Europea de Madrid). He also performs in company training to companies such as Santander, Pernod Ricard or Leroy Merlin.
